Modern dentures in Vallejo, CA, are a sound and practical solution to tooth loss. Today, dentures offer options. They may be complete, partial, or implant-retained. I work with patients who are first-time denture wearers and those who are looking for a replacement denture. My team and I also provide tooth replacement consultations to help you determine the best choice for your smile goals.

Complete, Partial, and Implant-Supported Dentures

No matter the option you choose, you can count on a custom prosthetic that considers aesthetics and function.

Complete Dentures

Complete dentures take over when all teeth are missing. They may be missing at the time of your appointment or require extraction. These dentures are gum-colored plates that rest over the gums. They have custom restoration teeth attached to complete your smile.

Gravity, suction, and bony ridges help keep complete dentures in place. For added stability, many patients use store-bought adhesives.

Partial Dentures

Partial dentures work like complete prosthetics, but the teeth are custom-placed to fill your smile gaps. For stability, partial dentures depend on healthy remaining teeth and special clips.

Implant Supported DenturesImplant-Retained Dentures

An implant denture uses four or more dental implants to secure it to the jawbone. This is a fixed tooth replacement option for maximum stability. The implant denture never needs adhesives or relines!

Getting Started with Dentures

I have you come to my office for a thorough consultation and evaluation. This helps me learn more about what you’re looking for in a new smile. After the exam and chat, I discuss the various options and what to expect. I also answer any questions you might have about tooth replacement.
