How to Lower Your Risks for a Dental Emergency
To reduce your risk, we recommend visiting the dentist every 6 months for checkups and cleanings. It is also best to brush and floss after every meal or at least twice daily.
If you grind your teeth (bruxism), wear a nightguard. If you compete in athletics, wear a mouthguard.
Finally, if you notice oral health changes that worsen or don’t improve, always call us!
